This is my last post but as important as the rest
my biggest tip for good mental health is get outside
we have all be on lockdown for many weeks now, but the government never stopped us from getting outside, I believe mental health was there many reason for this. If you read my past blog on SPF and vitamin D I touch the the benefits of vitamin D and mental health. this is only one of the reasons to get out side.
it may be old school but a good walk clears the head and gives you the endorphins needed to left are mood without putting any stress on the body
look after your mental health
