Mental health awareness week
Tonight I thought I would mention a few things about what we put into our body’s
this is me personally
when I drink to much alcohol, I don’t sleep great, then I am tried all the next day and I am easily irritate.
the same thing happens when I skip meals
when I eat well, good selection of veg and everything else in moderation and drink lots of water it really lift me and makes me more energetic
this then helps me be noticed to exercis, which also lifts my mood. I am sure you can see the cycle here.
tonight’s advice is write a good diary for a week and beside it how your mood is.
