take your time to think about them and answer truthfully. If you enjoyed the meditation, take a five minute meditation then write down five things that you most crave. read over the list and see what you can get to work for you. I personally try to have 10 to 15mins a day. then once a week get 1hr of me time.

it has to be personal to you, not what you think other people do.

one of my favourite things to do is people watch.
